Rogers Communications notified its LTE network is available in Laval, Terrebonne, Brossard, Longueuil and Vaudreuil, TeleGeography CommsUpdate reported.

The company plans to expand to more than 25 additional cities this year.

With the planned rollout, Rogers will bring LTE to more than half the Canadian population by the end of the year.

Rogers launched an LTE network in Ottawa last July, and it was expanded to Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver in September.
