TDLC wants Telefonica to unbundle

Chile's antitrust tribunal TDLC ruled in favor of Chilean IP telephony enabler RedVoiss' complaint that Telefonica Chile participated in unfair pricing, according to BNamericas, TeleGeography CommsUpdate reports.

The tribunal found that Telefonica requires clients to contract bundled services, as the price for the packaged services is lower than if they were to be contracted on their own.

TDLC fined Telefonica USD4.4 million.
